Sometimes you don’t want to get too messy when you’re playing. Sometimes you’re arting while traveling and don’t want to take a lot of supplies with you. And sometimes you’re just in the mood to doodle. Well this tutorial is great for any of those situations. 

Step 1: Using your Dylusions Journaling Block, draw two lines diagonally across your page as shown in the picture. Choose two stencils. 

Step 2: In the top and bottom portion of your page trace one of your chosen stencils using the White Linen Paint Pen. In the middle section trace the other chosen stencil. 

Step 3: Choose some colored Dylusions Paint Pens and color in some of the stenciling. Here it was very loosely scribbled instead of fully colored.  

Step 4: Stamp the images shown in the picture:

Two smallest mushrooms from There’s Not Mushroom in Here! 

The three floral images from Stripy Curlicues 

Step 5: Cut the top of the hair off from the stamped image and cut down along the hair as shown. Then take your flower stamped image and weave it in the hair as pictured here. 

Step 6: Replace her cupcake earrings with the small mushrooms.  

Step 7: Cut the flower bud as shown and place the second flower underneath. This creates her dress. 

Step 8: Place all your pieces together on the page as shown here. Doesn’t she look fabulous and ready for summer! 

Step 9: Find a quote from the Dylusions Bigger Back Chat Stickers to finish off your page. 

Here a quote has been selected from Set 3, “I’m not saying it’s you, but it’s definitely not me”.
