Meet the Designer - Dina Wakley

Dina Wakley is a Ranger Signature Art Designer known for her colorful, expressive style and her creative use of white space. Dina has broad appeal to mixed media artists, art journalers, fine artists, and paper crafters.  Her design aesthetic is very personal and she is well known for her faces, scribbly birds, and organic shapes within her work.

Best collage tissue paper I've found. Great quality, stands up to pulls from gel plates, stamps go on beautifully, and easily blend into your page with gel medium. Love the bulk pack!

Tissue have special transparency

This paper is great for stamping images and making gel prints. the white of the paper disappears when pasted onto a white page leaving only the stamped image. paint adheres beautifully to the surface. i have also printed digital images and photocopies on it. can't do that with other tissue paper. i just can't say enough good stuff about this product. I use it all the time in art journalling and book making.
