Step 1: Take a piece of Simon Hurley Stark White Cardstock and cut in half to 5.5” by 8.5”. Score in the middle to create a base. With the other half, cut a card front measuring 4” by 5.25”, a star and a tag.
Step 2: On the card front blend Blueprint Sketch Distress Ink with Blending Tool. Using Tim Holtz Distress Sprayer mist with water. To speed up the dry time use the Heat It Craft Tool.
Step 3: Rub an anti-static pouch all over the card front to remove any moisture.
Place Star Stencil on card front and apply Stickles Glitter Gel in Solar Flare.
Step 4: Using the MAKE ART STAY-tion position the tag with the center portion of Simon Hurley’s Background Stamp Jewel Heist. Stamp in Archival Ink Black Soot.
Step 5: Apply Distress Embossing Dabber to middle section of Jewel Heist Background stamp.
Step 6: Emboss with Distress Embossing Glaze in Fired Brick.
Step 7: Blend Candied Apple Distress Ink into tag and mist with water.
Step 8: Stamp “July” and “4” from Creative Dyary Stamp Set on stars in Clear Skies Ink.
Step 9: Color small star with Distress Embossing Pen and emboss with Broken China Embossing Glaze.
Step 10: Add a layer of Moon Dust Glitter Gel to stars with July and 4 on them.
Step 11: Stamp the “Happy” sentiment from the Bird Buddies Stamp Set on a strip of white cardstock in Clear Skies. Ink the edges with the pad.
Step 12: Assemble card by adhering card front to card base with Letter It Double Stick Tape, Staple star to tag. Adhere tag to card front with Letter It Adhesive Foam.
