Liquid Pearls™ Thinking Of You Card By Jennifer McGuire

Use Liquid Pearls both as a watercolor paint and as a dimensional accent to make this handsome card.

Instructions

(1) Stamp leaf with embossing ink on watercolor paper and white heat emboss.

(2) Squirt an eraser-sized puddle of Ruby Red Liquid Pearls on a craft sheet. Add a bit of water and mix with paint brush. Paint onto leaf, but heavier around the center.

(3) Squirt an eraser-sized puddle of Cantaloupe Liquid Pearls on a craft sheet. Add a bit of water and mix with paint brush. Paint towards the middle of the leaf.

(4) Squirt an eraser-sized puddle of Bisque Liquid Pearls on a craft sheet. Add a bit of water and mix with paint brush. Paint towards the top of the leaf.

(5) Mist leaf lightly with water to blend and let dry.

(6) Add brown to leaf with Vintage Photo Distress Ink and Ink Blending Tool.

(7) Tear a small piece of Sticky Back Canvas. Stamp Lotus background with embossing ink and white heat emboss.

(8) Squirt a dime-sized puddle of Bisque Liquid Pearls onto the canvas and spread to cover.

(9) Stamp card with Houndstooth background and Mushroom ink.

(10) Stamp greeting on paper strip and cut ends.

(11) Add pieces to card along with buttons and twine.

(12) Add drops of Bisque Liquid Pearls as shown. Tap lightly from behind to form the drops of pearls into rounded drops.
