Santa’s checking his list, and this adorable card is a winner! Create festive fun with the latest Simon Hurley create Christmas stamps and add sparkling texture with Frostbite Astro Paste. Perfect for sending a little holiday cheer to someone on the nice list!

Instructions 

The holiday season is the perfect time to spread joy and creativity! In this tutorial, we'll use the latest Simon Hurley create. supplies to craft a fun Christmas card for someone on the nice list.

 

Step 1: Gather your supplies! 

 

 

Step 2: On a 4" x 5.25" piece of white cardstock, blend Simon Hurley create. Ink Pads in Midnight Snack, No Diving, and Clear Skies to create a gradient effect. 

 

Step 3: Apply Frostbite Astro Paste through the snow stencil. You'll want to do this twice because it dries clear. Apply first layer, let dry, and repeat. 

 

Step 4: Stamp santa and christmas tree with Jet Black Archival Ink on two pieces of scrap cardstock. 

 

Step 5: Color in the images with Simon Hurley create. Ink Pads and a brush. Die cut the images with coordinating dies. 

 

Step 6: Cut out a piece of white cardstock to create a 'snowbank'. Adhere it to the bottom of the card with double sided tape. 

 

Step 7: Apply a thin layer of Astro Paste to the 'snowbank'. 

 

Step 8: Use Jet Black Archival Ink to stamp the sentiment, "You're on the nice list", on a piece of cardstock and trim. 

 

Step 9: Assemble the card – adhere stamped images and sentiment. Attach the card to a card base. Apply Rhubarb stickles to the tree ornaments and the ribbon on the present. Apply Dylusions Stardust Stickles to the puffs on Santa's shoes and hat.
