Dina Wakley Work It Out Journal Spread by Megan Whisner Quinlan

Megan Whisner shows you how layering Dina Wakley MEdia Transparencies with pops of color creates depth and guides the eye around this creative journal spread.

Instructions

The boldness of printed transparencies can really add interest and multi-dimensional effects to your journal pages. The clear spaces allow what is underneath to peek through, and the imagery can layer on top of color. Follow along to see how we created this spread with the new Dina Wakley MEdia Transparencies.

Step 1: Randomly paint some loose shapes along the borders of your pages with Acrylic Paints. Here Turquoise, Cheddar and Fuchsia were used because they pop against the kraft pages. Allow to dry before next step.
