Hello there, crafty friends! The new Large Dylusions Dyamond Boards are out and I love how versatile they are. They’re not only great for embellishing your journals, you can also create some fun holiday decor to hang on your tree or mantle, or even to give as a unique hostess gift! I hope this project inspires you to get into the holiday spirit and get creative!

Step 1: Coat 3 baubles from the Large Dylusions Dyamond Board set in Rose Quartz Shimmer Paint.

Step 2: Lay the Dylusions Small Snowflake Stencil over your bauble and using the Mini Ink Blending Tool, apply Dylusions Shimmer Paint in Bubblegum Pink through the stencil. Repeat for all 3 baubles.

Step 3: Using the Mini Ink Blending Tool, apply Dylusions Flip Cap Paint in Polished Jade around the edges of all 3 baubles.

Step 4: Paint the tops of your baubles with Dylusions Shimmer Paint in Tree Bark.

Step 5: Cut out small images and quotes from Dylusions Christmas Collage Sheets Set #2. Using the Dylusions Creative Dyary glue stick, adhere your pieces to each bauble.

Step 6: Place 2 of the Large Stars from the Dyamond Board set onto the collage sheet that has strips of images and trace the stars with a pencil.

Step 7: Cut your stars out of the collage paper and use a glue stick to attach them to your stars. Be sure to punch out a hole in the collage paper to line up with your star’s before gluing it down. Tip: when the glue is dry use some sandpaper or a small sanding block along the edge of the stars to get a clean edge.

Step 8: Using the Mini Ink Blending Tool, apply Polished Jade paint to the border of your stars just like you did the baubles.

Step 9: Ink the edges of all the stars and baubles with Dylusions Mini Archival Ink in Black Marble with your Blending Tool. 

Step 10: Add some details to the tops of your baubles and outline your collage quotes and images with the Dylusions Paint Pen in Black Marble.

Step 11: Apply Dylusions Stickles in Stardust around the edges of all your pieces for a touch of holiday sparkle. String up your stars and baubles with a coordinating ribbon and your project is complete!
