1. Run a #12 Manila Tag through the Vagabond with the Gears Texture Fade on one end embossing only 2 ½” of the tag. You can also use Manila Cardstock cut 5x 2 ½ inches. Working on the Non-Stick Craft Sheet, add Distress Stains in a random pattern using Tea Dye and Broken China. Dry with Heat it Tool.

2. Keeping a Blending Tool level with the cardstock, swipe Black Soot lightly over raised area of the embossed paper. Add Super Fine Black Embossing powder to the card. It will only stick to the Distress Inked areas. Emboss with heat tool. Cut a 4 ¾ x 2 ¼ inch piece from the bottom of the tag and set aside.

3. Emboss a 2 ½” piece of the tag with the Riveted Metal Texture Fade, and add Wild Honey, Tea Dye and Gathered Twigs Distress Stains. Add the Black Embossing Powder to raised areas again and emboss with Heat Tool. Trim piece to 4 ¾ x 2 inches.

4. Spritz a 3” piece of the tag lightly with water. Then spray tag with Squeezed Orange and Pure Sunshine Ink Sprays. Blot with a paper towel. Then add the Calypso Teal to keep it from running too much together and creating a green. Add just a touch of Melted Chocolate.

5. Stamp the Gentlemen onto a piece of manila cardstock with Black Embossing Ink. Add embossing powder and heat. Cut to 4 ¼ x 2 inches and layer onto black chipboard the same size.

6. Add Tea Dye Distress Ink to edges. Poke holes and add 4 Long Fasteners to the corners.

7. Take a 12” piece of the white Paper String and add Spiced Marmalade and Ripe Persimmon Distress Ink. Tone it down by blending with Tea Dye Distress Stain. Dry with Heat Tool. Cut one piece of grey and one beige string the same length and set aside.

8. Arrange Worn Text stamps to say Father’s and add the apostrophe with the Perfect Medium Pen. Stamp and Emboss with black embossing powder on a piece of Manila Cardstock. Cut to 3 ½ x 1 ¼ inches. Repeat Step 4 to color the background. Stamp and emboss Day on Manila. Spray the background using some of the lighter Ink Spray colors. Cut to 2 x 1¼ inches. Assemble pieces onto a black 5×7 card as shown using Wonder Tape. Add the Words with Popit Shapes for dimension.

9. Tie the Strings around the fold of the card and add a Cash Key and Tag Label by tying knots.
