Instructions

1. Spray Dylusions Ink Spray in After Midnight onto the Ranger Non-Stick Craft Sheet making a puddle. Swipe the textured side of the Ranger Watercolor Cardstock through the ink randomly until the entire side is covered. Let dry or dry with Heat-it Craft Tool.

2. Working on top of the Craft Sheet, place the Dylusions Starry Starry Night stencil on top of a piece of black cardstock. Shake the bottle of Dylusions Ink Spray in White Linen well. Holding the bottle about 12 inches from the table, spray through the stencil using light even passes across the stencil-covered tag. Gently remove the stencil. Let dry or dry with Heat-it Craft Tool. Tip: Turn the stencil over and press it against another piece of black paper for a reversed impression background to use at another time.

3. Place the Believe Stamp onto the appropriate size Tim Holtz® Grid Block. Using the Archival Pad in Jet Black, stamp the image out onto the smooth side of the Watercolor Cardstock. Trim as shown in photo. Layer onto a piece of Ink sprayed Watercolor Paper and trim.

4. Cut, layer and mount star stenciled paper, ink sprayed paper, Watercolor Cardstock & Black Cardstock using ¼” Wonder Tape onto a folded piece of Watercolor Paper, smooth side in. Use PopIt Shapes to adhere Believe. (Refer to photo.) Pen a message inside and give to a special someone!
