Hi crafty friends, It’s Joy here and I’m sharing a sweet Valentine’s card using Perfect Pearls. I came across a fun technique with the Perfect Pearls and decided to keep it as a design element on the card. It looks like someone colored the hearts with a crayon outside of the lines. It’s super cute.  Hope you enjoy! 

Step 1: Starting with a piece of Stark White cardstock A2 size, stamp the large heart from the Doodle Celebration stamp set with Perfect Medium and an acrylic block. Stamp the heart in a pattern. Then use a dry paint brush with a little bit of Forever Red Perfect Pearls on it and lightly rub over the hearts in a diagonal motion. This will give it that crayon colored, outside of the lines look. Use the Mini Mister and mist the background, then let it dry. Do this a few times (because it’s not held down with ink) to set it. 

Step 2: Using the hearts from the Doodle Town stamp set, stamp them in between the large hearts with the Perfect Medium, sprinkle the Princess Gold embossing powder and heat with a Heat Tool until melted. Trim down card panel ½” on the sides and ¼” on the top. 

Step 3: On a separate piece of Stark White cardstock that measures 4” x 5 1/2”, stamp the sentiment from the Doodle Florals stamps set with Perfect Medium, then using a dry paint brush, rub the Perfect Gold Perfect Pearls onto the sentiment. When done gently brush the excess off. Mist the sentiment with the Mini Mister to set it. On the heart panel, gently tear the the bottom and add a little bit of the Forever Red Perfect Pearls. 

 Step 4: Add 3D White Foam adhesive on the sentiment panel. 

Step 5: Add the heart panel on top of the foam tape panel. Adhere those to a white A2 card base.
